Dry Desulpuration, Hot
exhaust and
toxic gases discharged from power plants, steel mills, incineration
plants, refineries, petro-chemical plants are treated and channeled to
Cooling Towers to reduce temperature from 1200 Deg. C to 250 Deg.C or
below, with the NOx and SO2 scrubbed before discharge into the atmosphere.
Air and Water Lance assembly trajects billions of atomised droplets to
drastically shorten the evaporation time, resulting in dry bottom
operation. The lances design are air cooled with passages for air and
liquid flow allow high efficient heat absorbing. Urea is sprayed to
neutralise the toxicity of NOx and SO2.
PLC controls efficient water useage, instrumented with smart
temperature sensors effect sharp responses to temperature variations
thus achieving precise tower outlet gas temperatures.
HMI Data Acquisition Software designed for fast on-the-fly response to inlet gas temperature variation.
Various Temperature regulation loop,
