FOG COOLING
 

Serie 8 is specifically designed for fog production. It is constructed of 316 stainless steel in its entirety. Clean water is transformed into fog thru its 0.2 mm diameter ruby insert when subjected to 40 bar.

The polypropylene in-situ filter traps particulates in the base of the nozzle.  allowing pressured water to jet against an impingement pin of equal diameter resulting in billions of 1 to 15 micron droplets.

The critical mass of fine fog equivalent to massive droplet surface area are absorbed by the mushroom fungi enhancing rapid organic growth.
 
The rate of fog discharged into the enclosure automatically flow tracks the ambient conditions real time ensuring optimum operation. It is achieved by means of PLC control system integrated with temperature, humidity sensors, signal conditioners and HMI Data Acquisition Control Software.
 
Enclosure controlled at 10 to 16 degrees C thoroughly cooled by a fog saturation efficiency of 90%.

Serie 8 is specifically designed for Fine Fog production to withstand pressure up to 150 bar for prolong use.
Constructed of full 316 stainless steel in its entirety, the Ruby Insert is Laser drilled to 0.2 mm orifice diameter and laser collimated with 3 steps impingement stem.
Critical mass fog explosion is produced when DI water or Distilled water is subjected to pressure above 50 bar.
Serie 8 has 5 microns polypropylene in-built filters.

NOx, SO2  & GAS  COOLING
 
Dry Desulpuration, Hot exhaust and toxic gases discharged from power plants, steel mills, incineration plants, refineries, petro-chemical plants are treated and channeled to Cooling Towers to reduce temperature from 1200 Deg. C to 250 Deg.C or below, with the NOx and SO2 scrubbed before discharge into the atmosphere.

Air and Water Lance assembly trajects billions of atomised droplets to drastically shorten the evaporation time, resulting in dry bottom operation. The lances design are air cooled with passages for air and liquid flow allow high efficient heat absorbing. Urea is sprayed to neutralise the toxicity of NOx and SO2.

PLC controls efficient water useage, instrumented with smart temperature sensors effect sharp responses to temperature variations thus achieving precise tower outlet gas temperatures.

HMI Data Acquisition Software designed for fast on-the-fly response to inlet gas temperature variation. Various Temperature regulation loop, Compressed air regulation loop, Enthalpy with and without gas flow measurement for fast transient conditions, Pumps control, water filter control with predictive maintenance control Lances sequence control Alarms etc allows for user friendly use.
